The programme is designed for motivated students aged 16–18. Applicants aged 15.5–16.5 may be considered following an interview to assess maturity and readiness.
The Leadership Academy combines interactive workshops, leadership training, diplomatic simulations, and visits to international organisations in Geneva. A flagship multi-day negotiation Summit is a core part of the programme.
Applicants complete an online application and are invited to a short interview. Admissions decisions are based on motivation, maturity, and the ability to participate in an English-language academic environment.
Yes. Students are supervised throughout the programme, including during on-campus activities and organised visits. Clear conduct and safety guidelines are in place.
